Cortisol is the one hormone that can completely block you from being able to deal with your thigh fat quickly, efficiently and without ruining your immune system. The only way to essentially deal with your thigh fat is by making sure you are consistently minimizing the total amount of cortisol you are secreting. Because the best way to lose inner thigh fat is not going to include a very large amount of cortisol within your system.
The problem with cortisol is that not only will it decrease your level of immunity but it will also decrease the speed at which you are able to consistently reduce the amount of weight you are gaining. Cortisol is that one hormone that will drastically increase the amount of lean muscle tissue you lose which in turn will drastically increase the amount of fat you gain. The muscle tissue will regulate your metabolism so you have to really focus on maintaining it as much as possible. If you are not able to maintain the amount of lean muscle tissue on your body it is not going to be possible for you to really move forward fast. Because losing inner thigh fat is not necessarily easy.
So one thing I want you to do here is make sure that you are focusing on the highest quality nutrients while simultaneously only implementing a minimal amount of calorie restriction. If you restrict your calories too aggressively and you do too much exercise your body will end up secreting an insane amount of cortisol. The problem with insane amounts of cortisol is that they will break down your immune system and they will also break down your lean muscle tissue. So really try to make sure that you are having a significant amount of high quality nutrients and a substantial amount of lean protein so you can mitigate your output of cortisol right now instead of later. And do not forget that it is very important for you to focus on these issues now versus later.
